Refund policy
At Derma Essentials Lab, we are committed to maintaining the highest standards of product integrity, safety, and formulation consistency.
Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products — including samples — we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been processed and shipped.
Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
• Hygiene & Safety Standards
Skincare products cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility. Even sample sizes are considered consumable cosmetic goods and cannot be verified as unused.
• Product Integrity
Our formulations are sensitive to storage conditions and handling. Once a product is delivered, we cannot guarantee that it has been stored under proper conditions.
• Custom & Small-Batch Production
Many of our products are produced in controlled batches or prepared specifically for client evaluation, including sample orders.
• Abuse Prevention
Sample products are designed for testing and evaluation purposes. Allowing refunds on consumable products would compromise the sustainability of our sampling program.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will promptly review and resolve the issue.
This policy allows us to maintain strict quality control, fair pricing, and consistent production standards for all of our clients.
