Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery estimates vary depending on location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment
• International: 7–21 business days after shipment
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection may vary based on order size and destination.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier.
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Derma Essentials Lab is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to initiate a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is entered at checkout and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
• The damaged product
• The outer packaging
• The shipping label
